If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, contact sales@keepingperspective.com within 30 days of receiving the item and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution. If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order or refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 – 5 business days.
